We started from the tracking devices already fitted on the trucks and built backwards from what a dispatcher actually needs at 9am. Telemetry batches into a live map view so it survives the network gaps on rural routes. Routing suggestions weigh traffic against distance rather than picking the shortest line, and alerts fire on idling, overspeed and route deviation because those three are the controllable costs in a fleet.

Fuel dropped once idling and deviation alerts reached the dispatcher the same day instead of appearing in a month-end report. Customer calls now have an answer without ringing the depot, and the driver app put a timestamp on proof of delivery — which is where most of their payment disputes used to start.
