The agency's best packages only existed in someone's head, so we modelled a trip as editable components — flights, stay, transfers, sightseeing — and let the customer change them with the price updating live. Availability comes from the operator rates the agency already uses instead of a manual upload, which keeps the site honest during season changes. Confirmed bookings write an itinerary into the mobile app so documents work offline on the ground.

Bookings grew because travellers could self-serve the modification step that used to require a phone call, and the agency started selling outside business hours without missing enquiries. Staff time moved from taking payments to the trips that genuinely need a consultant. Offline itinerary access also removed the pre-departure voucher chase.
